Sounds like you're not being active enough. Try moving around more often.
I actually got diagnosed with social anxiety, like a legit diagnosis from a professional, when I wasn't even going in to get tested for it.
I refuse to take medication for it though, because I'd rather deal with the symptoms than the side effects of the medicine.

I've only shot a ruger sr45 once, and it jammed after 4 or 5 shots. according to someone I know, you've got to break them in with a couple hundred rounds to resolve the issue.
