It’s a good policy to ensure against aristocracy and promote the economy. Land should not sit in the hands of heirs indefinitely and, more importantly, it should always be developed to the highest and best use.

Does anyone have any experience with this company? I have a few rentals and wanted to get an HVAC maintenance plan with them. I might use them for plumbing and electrical issues too for convenience if there service is good.

I have a very large attic space and want to add a second floor, so will need a staircase designed/added and a room and bathroom on second floor. Need windows added through current roof.
I’m thinking I need to start with an architect for this project considering the structural and design issues.

A certain percentage of people don’t have a decent IQ.
This will not change.
Such people aren’t capable of a job due to IQ deficiency.

But the catch is that one of them is driving the space shuttle.
If someone has an android, I question if they are just rebels, cheap or do they really like the ability to work into the operating system for more features.
