If only we had a Head Coach that’s been a portal king and done this like 5 years in a row.

Great speed. Track guy that runs 100m, 200m, and 400m. Good addition.

Exactly correct. Sprinter speed. Played a ton of bump and run press coverage in HS. Solid depth piece. Great speed. Good size.
Damn. Celebrate the win and do you actually believe Kiffin and Weis plan on a spring with 1 healthy QB on schollie?

Seriously?!?!

Not sure as to your point. He’s a true FR. Not many true FR get a run at OT in the SEC.

Our new OL coach recruited and coached him. Seen him up close.

He’s prolly not a plug and play but it’s a good pickup for the OL room.
Prolly won’t win a game. Thanks for playing.

I’m going with both!

Shea literally said we are out on Leavitt right after Clark committed

Shea didn’t say anything close to that. Not even close.

Woah here we go. Just got the “it’s done” text

IF it happens it’s a really good job by Kiffin and company. Leavitt, when healthy, is really special.
He was a backup.

You mean like Joe Burrow before he got to LSU?
At this point in his career, he’s a train wreck. He’ll hurt Sumrall (who is a good guy) and Florida.

Tulane has had success with Fritz and Sumrall and offered Baker.

I think they do care and made a legit offer to coaches this year.

We did alright in 2019 without him. No one person is bigger than the brand

Yep. People just assume he was here. He a good recruiter but we will be fine either way.
Can’t you just be happy you locked up Pete Golding before anyone else came after him?

You just blew your wad on a guy who has never won shite. Except beating a shitty LSU program. One that doesn’t pay buyouts. Let’s watch and see if Kelly gets paid off. Bet he doesn’t. You’ll say he had a reasonable chance to get a job at Burger King. Hope Lane gets some money up front. The Children’s charity hospitals are on alert.

There are some rookies here. But that’s how you melt. Text book! Hotty Toddy.

Who is gone that you wanted at LSU? Marshall Faulk?

lol who knows how much is too much?

Drinkwitz makes more than $9M you think we won’t have to pay 11-12 to get him?

We are 10+ no matter who we get.

re: Ole Miss will force Kiffin hand

I do believe Ole Miss wants Lane to commit to them and agree in principle or sign their offer. That’s true.

But unless they are willing to fire him or find something in their current contract that allows them to suspend him, they really don’t have much leverage.

Kiffin (and Sexton) hold the cards here. As long as there is no proof that he signed a deal memo or MOU with another school or an NFL team, Ole Miss truly doesn’t have contractual leverage.

They can turn up the media pressure but Kiffin is better at that game than the Ole Miss AD and boosters are.
