The shitty teams in Louisiana are 10x better than what you guys have in Oregon

When OSU beats LSU in the CWS... what is that going to say about LSU?

By the way, nice avatar... Do you know where she went to college?

And since 2009, LSU has 1 and OSU has 0, What's your point?

Well... I guess the point is that since 2010, neither LSU or OSU have won, or made the CWS finals.

Maybe that will change this year? Who ever makes it out of our side of the bracket, is going to win it all.

LSU has more chamionships than the Pac12 combined since 1990

And since 2000, OSU and LSU both have 2 championships... What's your point?
Ok, we'll remove USC... That leaves the PAC with 15 titles.

Now remove LSU from the SEC... That leaves the SEC with 5 titles.

Who is more deficient?

So... the SEC has 10 CWS championships since 1990, and the PAC12 has 5.

That's impressive, but it's not "far and away superior"?

Superior is the SEC and PAC12 compared to the ACC...
Since 2000, the PAC12 has made the CWS finals 9 times, winning 4. The SEC has made it 11 times, winning 5.

If you only want to go back 10 years, the PAC12 has made the finals 5 times, winning 3. The SEC made the finals 8 times, winning 4.

Total domination by the SEC (rolling eyes)

Some of our fans are a little uninformed, but after reading 5 pages here, you guys are no better.

Just look at the college baseball landscape. We're in the pacific northwest. We have 1 other competitive baseball program in our entire state (UO). It's not easy scheduling teams from the midwest or southeast to get them to come play in Oregon. The Beavers end up traveling to start the season or join tournaments in Arizona. The games we play at home in non-conference are unfortunately against local inferior teams. It's just how it is being in the northwest.

The west coast plays some great baseball, and we have a lot of talented teams, but it seems like they are always disrespected because of the competition we are forced to play that is not as good, mostly because of proximity. The California schools have it a little easier than us up north. Just looking at the SOS, there are 2 PAC12 schools in the top 25, compared to 12 SEC schools in the top 25. What do you think happens to an SEC school SOS when they play each other in conference? Your SOS doesn't drop, but stays high.

PAC12 has a combined 28 CWS titles compared to just 11 for the SEC...

I can say, along with many other Beaver fans that we were not wanting LSU on our side of the bracket. LSU has a very good looking team and it's going to be a battle.

By the way, I'm planning a trip this year to see the Texas A&M game Thanksgiving weekend. Cannot wait and hopefully I get to meet some of you while i'm there!
