Who would voluntarily go to an event like this to listen that insanity? I’d expect someone to, at a minimum, leave the event once speakers start advocating for hurting children as a strategy. Really pushing the boundaries of free speech.

Government signed the contracts, put terms in the contracts that deal with poor performance vs. this over the top over reach. Companies are free to do what they wish with their money, address this via the contracts not legislation.

Wouldn’t be surprised if they’re going clean slate to ensure they can instill a different culture/work ethic at OL. They underperformed so much that a full reset may be the best option for a turnaround of that position.
