I spend $2 in repairs for every $1 received for rent. They will tear the shite out of a property.

Example: I’m replacing the second window that’s been knocked out by a tenant. Eviction notice is going out this week.

Who said anything about Auburn and why? Bama is on a collision course with mediocrity. KD’s tenure at bama is a 71% winning record. In both years he’s achieved 4 losses. Bama should not have even been in the playoffs - I can only assume you watched the rape in national tv like I did.

Face it… you’re living/witnessing/experiencing the decline. I’m merely pointing it out.

Btw - Saban’s winning percentage at bama was 87%.
