To everyone saying “hold the breaks,” they’re not dumping millions of dollars into this roster for a rebuild

This is literally what college football is now. There is going to be millions of dollars put into rosters and not everyone is making the playoffs.

That would be incredible if he comes. All very positive things said about him there and pretty good insight into why he was unhappy with the situation at USC. I have to imagine he’s confident in his abilities to win the job after Leavitt leaves.

He got the QBs he had Ole Miss because he couldn’t get any better talent there, it wasn’t some brilliant strategy.

Clark wouldn’t have committed to us to he QB2. He’s QB 1

Brother read anything for once. We aren’t depending on an Elon QB with his stats and experience to be our QB with no competition.

Lmao you can’t be serious.
What a weird post. Fricking weirdos here doing fanfiction of Leavitts injury severity.
Because you don’t know how anything works.
Love that the people bitching about the portal know nothing about the portal.

They are nothing alike.

About this Longstreet fella now?

He’s an incredibly unpolished passer that the Rant won’t be patient enough to give time to develop.
His 247 high school evaluation:

quote:

Dual-threat quarterback with a rifle for an arm who can pepper the perimeter like few others. In-person evaluations reinforce that he’s a unique, twitched-up athlete. Still progressing as a passer and learning how to be a high-efficiency distributor who can change speeds and utilize touch when needed. However, can make some jaw-dropping throws; can put a 2-ball on a tight rope right over defenders and shows limited fear when looking to shell tight coverage windows. Very effective on run-pass options with his initial burst and has the strength to plow through defenders when he turns up field. Has dealt with a variety of different injuries throughout prep career, but appears to be a competitor who will gut it out and play through pain. Had his moments early in senior year against some well-respected competition, but accuracy fluctuated and he failed to protect the football (threw two interceptions against Santa Margarita and two more against Lone Peak while also losing a fumble). Likely to find most success in a power-based spread attack that wants to utilize him in the run game. Overall, a gifted athlete for the quarterback position with plenty of juice as a passer who has flashed an extremely high ceiling, but is far from a complete product.

the Williams situation, informed me that we can likely pull any number of 15-25 QB’s who are either starters somewhere or 5 star backups

Well the clock is ticking on getting them to enter the portal.
God some of you have zero brain activity.

It’s crazy you don’t have to do it in order!
Easy, we aren’t done. Sorry that was hard for you.

wtf are we doing. At the very least go get kids that play for big schools! There’s freaking 3000 in the portal for gods sake.

You know lots of small school players get drafted in the NFL?

You can have 105 on scholarship now, load up.

We've already signed four receivers. How many more do we need?

We have two WR coaches. A lot.

Also this guy was only a freshman.

Um if anyone is it’s Lane.

This is some Orgeron selective memory fan fiction.
