Minimum? I would probably say average cost for most teams.
There's always players who's overpaid on each team. If you can get two players at a discount then you can compete.

Carly Thibault-DuDonis signed extension and likely has a huge buyout. I think Greg might look at Arizona, Adia Barnes, Tammi Reiss.
