Not even close…when I was in school we were the doormat of the SEC in most every sport some years. And that was when the SEC was not even a strong conference.
There is a much higher expectation of winning nowadays.

Agreed…. I typically don’t follow gymnastics, but it seems ridiculous to win or lose a national championship by .08 of a point.
Is this a typical margin of victory in this sport?
Unless I am thinking of it wrong, that is just one single judge seeing things slightly different on one event….

I haven’t looked at the particulars on that application….however, I find that it invariably takes a lot more solar capacity to do a given application than is feasible.
