No reasonable, die-hard Alabama Crimson Tide fan pulls for auburn.......never,.....ever,......frick that shite.

Are we sure Blake Sims can't throw?
Yeah, pretty much...I mean if he can't make the reads and progressions in garbage time,(granted, with a limited playbook) how is he gonna be expected to do it under pressure without making massive game-changing mistakes??
The flagpole next to my driveway where the 2012 National Champions flag has flown since early in the year blew over during strong winds this week and damaged the top of the pole.....I took it down and apart to be fixed and I haven't fixed it yet......Damn it guys, I'm sorry, this one's on me

Once again, when the Hi-lighters played ANY team with a pulse on defense, they had trouble.....for all the talk about "wanting Bama" you need only to look at the Stanford film to see how 'Bama would have done against that shite.....run the ball and play stellar defense....defense wins championships, until the chrome neons learn that, they are destined to fail year after year after year.

This 1000%....Just don't have a good feeling when I think about him taking over the reigns

No,.....Alabama does not use the zone read option as the main staple of the offense, it is and has been a pro-set. That said, I like Sims as a runner....When Blake Sims plays quarterback, more times than not the offense stalls and has to punt because HE CAN'T THROW THE BALL DOWNFIELD WITH ANY ACCURACY. Sims is not a quarterback by trade, thus he lacks the necessary skills to lead this team next year. I do not know what games you have been watching, but while it is evident you are on the Blake Sims jock-wagon, you can't comprehend or understand the type of play that is expected at this important position.

Cliff Notes version -- Blake Sims starts at QB next year...we lose....and Saban won't let that happen.

Being black has nothing to do with it (see Andrew Zow), we don't do the zone read option offense now and won't do it ever

Blake Sims will not start for 'Bama, book it!.....he does not fit the system to be a permanent starter going into next year.....my money will be on Luke Del Rio

Holy shite, that was a hell of a call.
Why can't I have luck like that playing the lottery!! Just got back, awesome trip to Kentucky, excellent atmosphere, can't wait to go back
Bama 44-6,...Yeldon runs for 124 and scores twice and Coop gets back in the fold with 2 TD's

Will be heading out Saturday morning...then checking out Louisville Sunday before heading home!
NICE!!!....don't be a hater!
Thanks for the info WildcatMike, maybe we'll see you there!
Where to park at Commonwealth....do I need a parking pass or are there alternatives to forking over $75 to $150 bucks to park....bringing the family to spend the weekend in KY, been looking forward to this trip for weeks now.....SEC 216 row 5
When will tickets be available??
If if's and butts were candy and nuts, maybe Alabama wouldn't be 61-7 since the beginning of the '08 season........with 3 crystal footballs ......with room on the shelf for more

Big 12 Champ Oklahoma State. I guess it sucks to lose to an unranked Iowa State on a Thursday night after your women's bball coach dies in a plane crash

1. Yes you are right, it sucks to lose to an unranked Iowa State on a Thursday night, WHICH happens to be the next to the last week of the regular season.
2. Unranked is the key word here
3. Okie St. was ahead 24-7 in the third quarter, so I'm not buying the plane crash being a contributing factor because...
4. Okie St. turned the ball over, committed numerous penalties and made uncharacteristic mistakes which led to the OT loss.

That is where the tarps are set for UAB football games
met fans from both Pitt and Ole Miss at dinner last night, awesome showing by the Ole Miss fans..... SEC>Big least/ACC
I guess I am from the school of showing respect and not trying to open mouth and insert foot. To me it would be better to say "we are evenly matched and it will be a great defensive battle" I truly hope he believes what he says, it will make that fall much harder.
On CFF, a radio snippet played at the end of the Georgia highlights from ESPNRadio, Rambo said that Georgia "has better players at each position across the board, especially on defense". He did go on to say it would be a challenge for them, come down to who gets more turnovers and be a battle between two great defenses.
The last part I agree with, the quote not so much, but, heres to a great game Saturday.....with 'Bama winning of course!

Am I crazy to think that this year will be Manziel's best year?? I mean knowing how he runs the offense, wouldn't the best d-coordinators know how to better attack his style of play?? Don't get me wrong, he is an excellent QB, and has really showed his athletic ability in extending plays and running the football. I know you won't be able to shut him down, but containing and making JM throw consistently to beat you seems like a better alternative. I'm kinda thinking like the Gus Malzhan run, the first time teams played that system, that offense was hard to play against...then when teams catch on to what you do, the best defenses can better gameplan for success.

selective auburn math....I see...

Alabama has the series lead over the last five years.

Alabama has the ALL-TIME series lead.

am i doing it rite???

listening to your fanbase, you would think they had won them all.

All teams have fans like this, those are the arse-hats that deserve the ribbing they get.....after all, what comes around, goes around
Well, you can't win them all. Anyone remember that Bama was picked to lose a game or two this year because of all the defensive losses?? Still 57-7 over the last 5+ years is pretty good Hey, I have mellowed some to losing and I know we are still a great team with an SEC Championship to win.....reguardless of who out-played who, in the end the only stat that matters is the final score.
Been here since Feb 2007, was blasted for my user name and told not to expect much....I kinda thought different. Although I don't post much, I am here every week catching up on issues I might have missed, so yeah, it feels frickin' awesome

and yeah, I was on in the middle of the night during the porn raid on TideSports, was switching back and forth so I knew who on the rant was doing it...don't remember now, but it was memorable
Step 1..open garbage can, Step 2..deposit 3 million into garbage can, Step 3.. walk away telling yourself that was a stupid bet.....glad he has that much coin to throw around, he shouldn't miss it then.
