Geez. Les Miles lovers alert. Its not the fact that this team is 7-4, its the way we are losing. We have all of our team depth and experience on our O and D Lines. In every loss, our lines are getting blown off the ball. Next year, we lose most of our lineman and have no one waiting with any experience. Les Miles has lacked in recruting our most important needs on our team in THIS YEARS recruting class---LINEBACKERS. :banghead:

We will miss 13 of these players a great deal next season, especially on the LINE!

Florida State or Miami. we need more speed to match Florida's so those home and away matchups would help recruiting South FLA

re: Tiger's in 2009 draft

gosh i didnt realize so many would forget about Curtis Taylor. This is one freak who will improve his draft status at the combine. He is no Laron Landry, but he should def get drafted.

TT knocks of Oklahoma. Book it. Harrell is some qb. Totally different than Tebow.

your right rivers. I hope TT wins against OU. im very anxious to see how well a speedy florida secondary plays against the Graham Harrell pass attack. Harrell and Crabtree vs Tebow and Harvin/Demps/Rainey/Moody/Spikes/and the rest of their track team........

Florida already won the ship. mark it down now, and they'll do it beating every team in their way easily..........look at the way their beating teams. Beating a top ranked spurrier defense by 50?? Florida will go down as one of the best college football teams of all time. It just goes to show the nation how hard it is to go undefeated in the SEC! and if Tebow returns, thier gonna win it next year too.

you will not blow anyone out. btw who have you blown out this year?? no one

App St, North Texas
Ole Miss has lost the last 3 games in Tiger stadium by 6 points. You are delusional if you think LSU wins by a blowout. I want nothing more than a 30 point win, but it won't happen.

3rd and 3 late in the 4Q with a ton of rushing yardage and Crowton calls in a pass play from a clearly struggling QB. That was a game changer. So was the end zone pass for a pick in OT.

That was a bad decision on Lee's part. The endzone pass was not Lee's only option on that play. Crowton's Offense faced one of the top defenses in the country and still put up more yards than anyone has all year against them. How could anyone ever question GARY CROWTON??? if you do, you're just ignorant. I dont think theres another Offensive coordinator in the country that can say they've never been held under 21 points. Crowton can.....his playcalling is gauranteed 21 at least every game!!
saban did this with many players b/c he needed to win. do you remember Saban being qouted during the 2001 SEC championship game, when he needed a DB and Travis Daniels was a red-shirt, he told Daniels that he'd gaurantee he would get drafted if he played for him in that game. Look where Travis Daniels is now!!

re: Barbe HS and LSU Baseball

This goes for all top LA HS baseball programs during smoke's time. He was possibly the worst recruiter EVER. I was really pissed when we missed out on Wade Leblanc, then Wade went to Bama and was undefeated as a starter during the regular season. He also told Michael Murray in '02 from Catholic that he was too small to play SS. So Murray was forced to transer to Juco and won National Junior College player of the year and broke 8 school records at Merridian. That really chaps my :moon:

i respect our veterans and whoever else it is they're saluting. But, seriously, c'mon!!! You can re-schedule this event for another time and another day when there is silence and respect on campus. You cant change the time of the football game and the mood of the tailgaters for the biggest game of the year. i know randy gurie, the man who has been in charge of this event for several years now. he's the worst man i've ever met and would never do anything to please him. Our tailgate is right across from Pleasant Hall w/ a paid DJ so he can pay me in cash if he wants my music turned down.

re: Place to watch the game?

Posted by A Mo Money on 11/6/08 at 9:45 am to
within a miles or 2 from campus: Walk-On's, Pluckers, Past Time, Rotolo's, Brew Bachers, or Bogie's.

All are bar/grills.

The Purlpe Porpoise isn't called that anymore. Im not exactly sure of the name but its located directly behind the stadium on the main strip of bars. Another good place to eat and drink on gameday is "The Swamp." It usually gets crowded so be sure to get there early. Dockside is also a good place to eat and watch football.
This is a ridiculous hypothetical scenario. LSU is #1, whether the media says we are NOW or not, until we lose. Even a 1 loss SEC team could possibly jump one of the other schools. For instance, if LSU loses 1 game to a top 10 team, but beats the other 4 top 10 teams we play including the SEC title game, our strength of schedule won't even be on the same page as USC and Oklahoma. Oklahoma also has gone 0-7 in there last 7 bowl games. USC won't play anyone in the top 25 all year, if you dont count the pathetic BIG TEN ohio state team. :geauxtigers:

re: Florida Spygate?

I'm baffled that some people think this isn't suspicious. Disguise or no diguise, this kinda crap has to be looked into. he has a great view of our sideline signals and could possibly be a college football spygate incident.
Charles Scott is the better running back, stats say it all. Moreno has Scott beat in touchdowns only b/c LSU spreads the ball more.
