Hi all,

Thank you for posting this. I am the one who started the campaign for Johnny Robinson. If you have any questions about his worthiness, take a look at this video clip I filmed of Lance Alworth talking about Johnny.

Please feel free to share the like wherever you like. Thank you for supporting Johnny Robinson!!

Thank you all. For the ease of others, here is the petition link again.

We are starting to build some steam. DandyDon.com posted the link today on their site, and that helped a lot. I have also been collecting quotes from different people who played with or against Johnny, in addition to quotes from football authors and historians.

Two members of the Hall of Fame senior committee have agreed to present the results of the petition at the upcoming voting meeting in August, so we know for sure that Johnny will be a big topic of conversation. We just need to get as many votes as possible in the next three months. Whatever anyone can do to share the petition would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time, consideration and assistance!

Hello. I am the one who started this petition and campaign. If the LSU community would continue to keep this at the forefront, I think we have an excellent chance of Johnny being selected this year. The petition received it's 1000th signature today, but we could use a lot more. Please help this LSU legend!
I've actually been researching this. These guys (and others) represented the Lee Clothing Company. I have found ads for the signing events in old newspaper archives. There were also postcard-sized cards of both Johnny and Billy that were made to be signed at these events. I am looking for those cards to add to my collection, if you know of any.

Thanks, Todd
