LSU will never... ever... ever...ever be welcome back to campus. NEVER. LSU is in legal trouble over Les. LSU is being sued because of LES. I think they are removing his name from the plaques around campus.
You know LSU let Aramark go right?
Ill be there, so that's at least one person.
I'm sure everyone's gonna complain about their arm hurting after game 1 and we will be using outfielder to pitch for the rest of the season.
LOL Give yourself an extra hour. You will struggle get from New Orleans to Campus and park in 1.5 hours on game day.

re: 25/year 85/total transfers

This is my understanding, and my no means factually correct...

If a player wants to delay his enrollment until the following spring, he can then be assigned to the following year’s class. But all players must be attributed to either a prior, current, or future class, and no class can exceed 25.

Last year LSU had 24. So LSU could sign a JuCo transfer as a 2019 enroll class member in the next couple of weeks and be immediately eligible, pending clearance by the NCAA. They could also technically sign 1 or 2 more as a 2021 player who would not be able to play in 2020. Their "freshman year would be 2021 with NO redshirt/greyshirt year.

Well...less than A&M talked after the game last year in College station, that's for sure. Safe to day I wont be going have rings or cups made with the score on it.
Depends on the game. Usually a 4. Big games an 7. Its noticeable, but not to the point where someone actually punches me in the face.
1. Florida- F Florida. They have earned nothing and act like they are the best in the conference. Nothing but a bunch of classless thugs.
2. BAMA - Less class than Florida, but at least they can justify why they are so arrogant.
3. Arkansas - annoying little brother - wooo pig - shut up, nobody cares.
4. Mississippi State - Cowbells
5. Tennessee - Florida north

No they are normally not that long. In the west upper they tripled the number of location we were able to get beer for this game an the lines were still long.
Indifferent. Its hard for me to root for a school outside of LSU, but I not going to root against them unless they are annoying me at the moment. At this moment ULL is not annoying me.

How do you know what other people think?

It is totally a wild card. People can tell you whatever they want, but its all just a guess at this point. It is totally up to the Television stations for Day or Time at this point.

It is way too early in the season to say. Check back mid-November.
He quit school all together.
Probably not. USU has a better offence than Vandy. I do expect some look ahead to Florida. We are still down a bunch of guys due to injury, so I would say no.
No, it is blocked at both locker room entrances to the field. You can walk around on the concourse on first floor. The concourse does go up to 2nd at the north endzone, to cross the LSU locker room, but other than that it is open. I have walked it multiple times. You just have to know where to go. Now, it does get a little tricky going from north to east and north to west, but the concourse does exist.
A roof would make no difference. The PMAC has had a roof everyday it has existed. Championships bring butts to seats. Quality opponents bring butts to seats. Good game times bring butts to seats. Lower ticket and concession cost, keep fans help keep attendance up. Getting rid of the 50 commercial breaks would help too. Everything else doesn't matter.

Be honest, who wouldn't go watch a Great LSU team play a great Alabama, Georgia, Auburn or Florida team at 6:30PM on a Saturday night if you could get tickets for less than 40 bucks, and still be able to get a coke for $3, a beer for $4, and a hotdog for $3.50?

Okay same question but change the opponent to Rice, put it at 11am with the temp being 95 degrees on a sunny day, charge the same amount per seat, and increase the cost of concessions to $5.50 for the Coke, $8 for the beer and $7 for a hotdog. And but a line out the door for the Men's room.

You keep your roof and I'll stay home.
Because this is America, and we live in a free market society. Life isn't fair. Some people will make millions a year, the rest of us will just write comments on Tiger Droppings.
Tailgating will start a 7amish. Yes, we do expect college game day to be there. What is there to do? it's homecoming, so get drunk and party all day for the most part. Walk around campus in your Oregon gear. Stop a just about any LSU tailgate, introduce yourself and they will offer you food and drinks. Take it we live to eat. We dont eat to live. The food will be excellent.

My advice. Hang out on Dalrymple drive or South Stadium drive (both on campus). Maybe visit the Quad. Go see the tiger, MIKE. I expect there will be a live band at the PMAC. Watch Tiger Droppings main page the week of the even; they will announce event times for game day activities.

Catch the game at WalkOns.

Use the APP if you have smart phone or get an "HD" radio. I have an HD radio in my truck. I can catch the station clearly from Covington all the way to Jennings Louisiana.

I did not and still do not have the static issues you are experiencing today.

98.1 - 2

It really is the way to go. You get about an additional 10 second delay, but it is so clear.

best 120 bucks you can spend LINK
The have been putting it in the quad the last couple of times. I would expect them to do the same this go round.
Well, let's see. Its going to take a 160 ft crane with a basket from the ground, but the lights can be accessed from the bleachers in the upper deck on the east and west & the raceways to add the cabling can be accessed from upper deck concourse from both sides. From there its a 120 foot man lift on the east side. On the west side the controls are in the press box in the upper deck, so not an issue.

But, if we put it on the network, (LSU's I.T. Network) then its only a matter of getting to the upper deck concourse on both sides of the stadium. This would be our recommendation to T.A.F. and Athletics. The larger problem is the 10-12 week lead time for the fixtures and lighting control panels, once a contractor was selected and the submittals were approved.

Then there is the 45 day state mandated bid period, because the project would exceed 10 grand. You would also have to get prices and design scopes from 3 contractors. So, allow another 4 weeks of engineering.

So yes, about 6 months to design, ship, and install. It's really not that bad. We could have it ready for LSU VS Florida 2021.
My best guess- LSU @ BAMA will be a shoot out. Both teams will score north of 40 points each.

I expect BAMA to win, its a home game for them & hell its BAMA. If Saban ain't dead, I ain't picking against them.

Can I see LSU beating BAMA? Yes, I expect our defense to hold BAMA to the fewest points they would have scored to that point in the season.

Can I see LSU blowing out BAMA? Sure, if LSU's defense can get a pick or two, force some field goals and not make any big turnovers. Is it likely? No.

Can I see BAMA blowing out LSU? Of course, but I don't think it is likely either. Again, I expect LSU to score at least 40. Clearly, LSU has a better offense than say an Ole Miss. I'm not sure BAMA would score more than 50 points on LSU. So, if you think LSU 40 to BAMA 50 is a blow out, then sure, BAMA could possibly blow LSU out. But I wouldn't be shocked by the opposite score either.

I will tell you this, I think BAMA has the best shot of beating LSU.

I also think LSU is probably the only team in the Nation, outside of Auburn who "could" beat BAMA in the regular season.
Sure, "only shut that (top 5 scoring offense in the nation) down and its over."

LSU's defense didn't "give ups 38 to Vanderbilt" They gave up 24. The offense gave up 2 touchdowns and we still beat them by 28.

& when LSU drops over 60 on Florida, Mississippi St. Arkansas, A&M and Ole Miss its gonna make our defense in retrospect look really good (upper half of the SEC & upper half of the west).

And I don't know about you, but I will gladly take an offense that averages 58 points a game, but we give up 4 touchdowns a game.
11&1 still lose to the Gumps, but hey at least we score this year.

re: Do you still hate UF?

Do we play them every year? Yes. So will I still hate on them every year? Yes.

I will quite hating on Florida, just as soon as they quit playing football and baseball all together.
"Like this? (From 2014):"

That's actually a trick we do with the score boards & the ticker bars. To make it look like that we have to turn the "lights" off. We "could" do it game time, but the big stadium lights have to go through a 10 minute reheat period to turn back on. Which would create a fire marshal, occupancy, issue in an emergency. So, for now we wont do it.

Georgia, actually, changed the stadium flood lights out to color rotating LED dimmables fixtures, then integrated they system with the sound system. They don't have the lamp reheat period issues that LSU has. They can hit one button and the lights turn back bright white 100% with no delay.

We would be able to do it at tiger stadium. The integration is there, but the old flood light fixtures at the top of our stadium aren't LED (yet) And the certainly are not color changing fixtures.

Now in the breeze ways, and in the south endzone top archways, yes we can control the color. Those are dimmable/ color changing. Even the ones at the billy cannon statue are color changing. Same goes for the north and south plaza lights.

For about $200 grand, we could make the change, but really, wouldn't you rather spend the money on fixing the play clock, or black spot that always pops up on the score board in the middle of every game.
Scott can contact me when ever he wants to put them in. TAF has me on speed dial. Most of the infrastructure is already there, and what isn't is easy to add. We can pull it off in the off season or during the season. It is up to TAF, the boosters and the AD.
