FlowZone Typhoon 3 is what you want. I have a lot of Milwaukee, Ryobi and Ego batteries and the last thing I want to do is buy ANOTHER brand of battery.

Every pest control company I've dealt with all use FlowZone.
Search results available at Wal Mart, Breaux Mart and Instacart. Good luck!

Find a used Honda HRX on Facebook marketplace and get it "fixed up."

Or if you have OT money, get a commercial Toro with a Honda engine. Model 22296 or Kawasaki engine Model 22298 and never buy another mower.
Used a broker when we lived in Lafayette. We have rental properties in Oklahoma and Farm Bureau more than tripled our renewal premiums so we shopped around. Surprisingly, State Farm was the cheapest.

We went with State Farm because we got a great deal on our 4 properties, home and auto. We left State Farm when we were in Dallas because they got too expensive. I never expected them to be so affordable to be honest.

Maybe check A.M. Best to get their claims paying ability on the companies you're considering. Good luck
If you can afford a Yoder, Pitts & Spitts or Mak - get one.

I have a Camp Chef Woodwind Pro 36 for the additional smoke box. I may get one of the top tier one day but I wanted to start off with something more affordable to see how much I used it before dropping more coin.
Premium gas last week at Costco in Nashville - $2.899
Premium gas this week at Costco in Nashville - $3.249
I would check Facebook marketplace often for a used Honda. If you want new, I would get a Snapper Hi Vac mower. ($799) If you want to spend a LOT, take a look at eXmark commercial walk behind. ($1,900)

Bought the bagged straw from Stein Lumber and opened each pack in a wheelbarrow since it was compressed. Fluffed it in the wheelbarrow and laid it on top of the existing mulch that had mostly flattened out/compressed.

I was also under the impression it breaks down slower than traditional mulch. Cypress mulch attracts fewer bugs I believe.

Yes I have used EAA for Xplan for several years and once you join eligible once the waiting period passes, no catch simple to generate a pin.

Some dealers will negotiate better than xplan but it gives you flexibility and a guaranteed deal.
