I understand that he had a legal right to own a gun but it seems that everyone knew that he was mentally ill. Why was nothing else done? It's like these libs were asking to get shot. Why does the fact that he had a gun matter? Guns are legal and he had a permit to carry. Guns are not the problem. If he had a phone in his hand would he still be alive? I can kill you with a phone. It's not the gun.
