My dad has a Bad Boy Outlaw XP 61" deck 36 hp. that boy is nice a couple problems at the beginning with the wiring harness but once it was fixed she runs like a pearl. I Used it for a lawn service and it cut very well. burns gas very fast when its wide open. I could cut around 4.5-5 acres with a reasonable rpm around 3000-3100 and could do it in about 3.5-4 hrs depending on how wet the field was, with 1/4 tank left of gas.

excuse me for not spending my entire life with you OT wanna be's. you should probably get back to your sociology 101 class before you spend the rest of your days flipping burgers.

Recently just had a huge debate about which King Cake reigns supreme in the South this can include LA, Mississippi, or Texas. What is your pick?

I'd also look into the air B & B in the downtown area. All depends on how many are staying but if its a decent group say 7-10 splitting cost is nice for a weekend stay. We stayed a weekend in November and 7 of us paid less then a $100/person for the weekend.
the keepers on netflix was pretty interesting
can you adjust it with 2 different phones cause i read one review saying it only works with one phone?
My current thermostat has be giving me problems and I am about to buy a new one but the lady wants to get one like the nest or similar where she can adjust with her phone when we are gone. What are the best ones on the market I have done some research but they all seem to have there own problems. Any advice would help.
I got swindled into getting them do to the lady wanted security system after 5 visits to my house i caved and got it. during installation they drilled a hole in my door and refused to fix it because they claim they are not liable for the damage done during installation. I argued with the claims adjuster for weeks and actually got about 1/3 the money back to fix the door. Then the code dead bolts they offer say the battery lasts 5 years hahah it lasted 6 months and stopped working. Also the control panel they put in the house works through wifi so you can use the app on your phone well if it ever gets disconnected its a pain in the butt to get it to reconnect. all in all i give it a 2/10 im pretty close to just calling them an telling them there crab equipment is on the front lawn.
What is the average price range for them?
I am recently a new homeowner in the Prairieville area and I am looking for the best and most reasonably priced company to go with. I do not want to get screwed and not sure what it cost. Who do you recommend?
