The national security issue has to do with radar interference and problems that the offshore wind turbines and towers cause. I think there are workarounds, but the Trump admin doesn’t like wind, so they are using that card to shut wind projects down.

I’m in the energy industry and my company does all kinds of oil, gas and renewables projects.
It’s actually good that the project can move forward because it’s 90% complete. It would not be fair to the operator to cancel the job at this point.
Dozens of future projects for offshore US have been cancelled or put on hold due to the Trump admin. That is because Trump favors oil and gas and he is not a big fan of renewables. But, the rest of the world outside the US is investing heavily on Wind. So those jobs are still on going.

That white woman that was harassing ICE and impeding their law enforcement operations yesterday was a complete dumbass. She got herself killed in what will be determined to be a rightful shooting by the LEO. The outright stupidity of these people is amazing. This a perfect example of FAFO.
Now the desperate in incompetent DEMS that are running the local and state government in Minneapolis and Minnesota are trying to use this to deflect from their horrid fraud involvement.
I really don't think the people are going to riot over a white woman being shot in a justified shooting. There may be a few that go out and yell their typical "SHAME" rhetoric. But, I guess it all depends on how many layers of clothing they have on and how much money they will be getting paid to "protest".

I saw the video. It’s a clean shoot. She was told to exit the vehicle by LEO and drove straight at another. The LEO that was in front of the car has no idea at the time what the intentions of the driver are. If you are driving at one of them, they have a right to defend themselves. Vehicles have been used in the past to attack ICE officers and these idiots are constantly chasing and harassing officers. Some ICE have been shot at and been hit by vehicles. So it’s a clean shoot.

Not all CO2 that is captured is used for the purpose of injecting it back into the earth for storage or EOR. One other use for it is to combine it with hydrogen and create methanol.
The CO2 can be captured during the combustion that occurs at a power plant. It can be pushed through a pipeline or transported to be another plant to be combined with Hydrogen to create Methanol. Methanol has an assortment of uses.

I have a relative that was a close to retirement teacher for high school kids in Katy, Texas. One of his black students called him a “stupid fricking n-word” to his face in front of the whole class. My relative just said “I don’t appreciate you calling me a “stupid fricking n-word” and you need to stop that.
The kids set him up and took a video of the entire conversation. Then they put it on social media. Katy ISD fired him and said there was nothing they could do since the video went public. Now he is retired for sure.

Helping people with food benefits is probably a better way to spend money than some of the other BS programs we spend billions on.
Just imagine the crime wave we would have if we didn't provide food benefits to people in need. Hungry people are not good PR for those in power.
