TexAgs' Billy Liucci is a douche

Aggies' obsession with LSU lives on. Someone should remind this douche how many championships his cult school has won since World War II.

Congratulations, print the cups! And thanks again for helping get Kelly fired.

We let Brady Neal walk. He's only allowed 4 passed balls all year and is hitting .370 with 7 homers

He was a cancer. I don't give a shite how well he's doing over there.

Jay has won 2 national titles. Skenes was generational

Skenes obviously helped them get there, but didn't even pitch in the championship series.

I listened to the one with Derek P. It was a little like the old Culotta and the Prince.

I decided to give that one a chance. It was actually pretty good and I ended up listening to the whole thing.
Would just add another 30+ minutes to a typical four-hour game, and SEC umps/Birmingham would still frick it up regardless. Hard pass.

He was adamant on a daily dietary regimen of 10% calories from protein

This is nonsense. That's nowhere near enough protein intake to at least maintain muscle mass, much less build new muscle mass which will increase metabolism in the long run. Crazy, excessive methods and fad diets are rarely sustainable.

Slight but consistent caloric deficit after you can figure out your maintenence; cutting back on processed foods, sugar, and alcohol; lifting weights at least 3-4x week with adequate recovery time; and getting in 7 to 10,000 steps a day is a sustainable formula for body recomp. And using an app lke my fitness pal to at least help get a ballpark idea for tracking your calories and macros, instead of trying to guess.

Slow and steady wins the race. Success is having a dedicated mindset to commit to lifestyle changes more than anything else. Create a routine and don't get off the horse.

Deven Sheerin appreciation thread

Gotta love Sheerin's competitive fire and intensity. Kid's a warrior. Would be nice to see it brush off on this team and create a spark.

One game down on the road to redemption.
This team can't hit high velocity.
Stanny's been struggling at the plate. Have to wonder if nagging injuries are catching up with him.

Jay might throw Casan in there if Sheerin gets wobbly in the 9th

Ninth: Evans 1/3, Schmidt 1/3, Guidry 1/3.
Sheerin is a fricking warrior. Sucks we have to even trot him out there tonight.
It's really sad when we have to use some of our best weekend arms to win a week game.
fricking wheels are falling off now. Wish Jay would have left Paz in there.
Could smell that coming from the moment it was hit.
Was hoping Jay would gives Paz another opportunity here to go more than one inning, just on a very short leash. His stuff was overpowering this team.
