Burrow had a higher QBR in 2018 than Ehlinger. Analytics aren’t the end-all, be-all, but worth mentioning.

Mexi fenders to me are better than squires because it gives you a muchbetter base to work off of

Mexi strat- Texas specials pickups, 62 bridge, locking tuners, bridge pup wiring tone knob mod, pearl pickguard

Mexi tele- lindy fralin stock pickups, bridge with compensated brass saddles, locking tuners, 4 way switch mod

If they got rid of Tim and brought back Butch Taylor, this discussion doesn't exist. TR technically amazing, but limited musicality within the band
In there fairly often and they'll respect your search unless you ask for help
Didn't work out, but if the corner infielders are playing back, with his speed, could bunt for a hit. Happens all the time, didn't work out this time

You say LSU fans need to tighten up, I say Alabama's team needs to tighten up
Downs was riding the training bike on the sideline practically the entire game trying to get loose
Exactly. Bunting is the smart play. Poor execution afterwards doesn't change that. I didn't notice too many people complaining about it earlier in the season when the runner was being driven in.

If they don't like him because he's challenging them to get their best and they don't want to do what the coaches ask, then thats on the players. Guy has won over 1000 games. I trust him more than 18-22 year old kids.
Mahtook did a good job shortening his swing there with two strikes. An adjustment he's needed to make badly since last weekend
Certainly not advocating blasting the players, attacking them personally, anything like that. But I've worked at the Cox Center and these kids do receive an awful lot of benefits, so its not as if you're at a little league park talking shite about kids. I think it might be ok to be frustrated with the performance of the team as long as you aren't talking shite about them as people. (Unless of course they're in trouble with the law)
Not hard to do when your pitchers are throwing BP.
Easy bro... overcompensating?
Brian Adams robs Mikie Mahtook... dare I say, it cuts like a knife?
I agree, that was a case of where making them make the play was the right call. It sucks the way it worked out, but it was the right call to send Dean
Thats very true. However, Wet did not read the ball correctly off the bat in that he hesitated. As such, Javi should have yelled at him to get back
I understand that just fine. You don't have to be a dick. We're all on the same side here. Just saying when Wet hesitated, if Javi sent him, or if he didn't call him back, then they both deserve part of the blame
Not listening to the radio, so my mistake if thats not what Hawthorne said. It should be pointed out that just as Javi has the power to send him, he also has the power to yell "BACK"
I admit its with a grain of salt, cause I was via hearsay, I was told Hawthorne said on the radio that Javi was sending him. If not, then its all on Wet. Either way, boneheaded play
Allegedly Javi sent him. Certainly not defending Wet, cause that was really dumb, but if the coach tells you to go...
Thats how hard he's thrown all year. Depends on location, changing speeds, and the defense behind him
Went up to Lexington for football game in 2007. Exceptionally annoying music at all venues, really ignorant fans (about everything but basketball I guess). Just don't get it, and by "it", I mean being a respectable athletic program
Watkins's timing can't possibly be any worse than Delatte's.
Its not like I'm saying keep one and the other one can never pitch again for LSU. I'm saying that Ross is pitching better and to pretend otherwise is stupid. Ranaudo would still pitch game 2 or game 3, but right now, he's not pitching well. If you want your Friday guy to be your best pitcher, based on actual performances and not potential or projections or who did better last year or who is gonna be a better pro (all of which are irrelevant for this discussion), then Ross is the guy.
I'll take the guy who's producing better right now over a guy who is expected to produce in the big leagues or even later in this season for that matter. All I'm saying is that, at the time, Ross is a better pitcher, which is all that really matters
At this point, neither has a chance to take us to Omaha. But I'll take Ross's 5.76 ERA over Ranaudo's 11.14
Would it be retarded to point out that Ross's ERA is 5 and a half runs better than Ranaudo's? That argument is based on reality, not perception and how dominant Ranaudo was last year

Its all in the way you lose

Honestly, the frustrating thing about LSU baseball (and football last year for that matter), is that its not necessarily that you lose, but its the way you lose. If a team just flat out doesn't have the talent, but gives it their all, then thats one thing and I can live with that (2007 baseball, this years basketball team). Its just tough to stomach when this team is losing on fundamental things like walking batters, poor baserunning, giving up hits/runs with two strikes and/or two outs, etc. Ranaudo walks 3 that led to his terrible 5th inning, Ott can't find the strike zone to save his life in the 9th. Very frustrating. And its not like the guys don't have talent. They've been extremely successful in the past, which makes it all the more frustrating. Not saying that we should have repeated this year, but this team has way too much talent to be doing some of the things that its doing to lose these games. The way they are losing games exponentially magnifies the frustration that comes with losing. Hopefully they can pull out of the funk soon
Not fully blaming him for the loss, but he did give up 6 earned. Had 3 good innings but the 1st and 5th were terrible. In a blame scale, you've gotta go mostly Ott with a healthy side of Ranaudo.

Thank God...

We're not Ole Miss. Sucks to lose, but at least this isn't the best we'll feel all season like for them
