Miami has two 5* sophomore DTs (Blount and Scott), but I’m sure they’d fight hard to retain either since they’re losing some upperclassmen at DT.
You have to be at least 15 to even have been ALIVE the last time Auburn was good. To be old enough to remember it…you probably have to be old enough to drink.
What a rape whistle of an episode.

That was the most little brother shite I’ve ever heard. I thought he was gonna cry at one point.

It's immensely difficult to basically replace an entire team and have them firing on all cylinders game 1.

It’s not necessary to have them firing on full cylinders by week one. Not in today’s playoff structure. Probably have to have us firing on all cylinders by week three for Ole Miss. We can have two losses and still make the playoffs so as long as we’re peaking at the right time, we can drop the game to Clemson.

I would rather sign a 2/3 star player that loves LSU, understands the history of LSU/Tiger Stadium, the passion of the fans, the amazing tailgating and considers it an honor to wear that jersey every Saturday

Yes, let’s go 7-5 but love our good old hometown 2-stars…

We’ve always gone out and locked down the state then grabbed the best we could from the rest of the country.

Last year something like 60% of our team was from Louisiana, you just didn’t realize it because those high priced transfers were playing…because they were better.

It’s exactly what Orgeron would do. Hell, he basically did it:

LSU COACH ED ORGERON SHOWS UP AT RECRUIT'S HOUSE AT 5 A.M. TO CATCH HIM BEFORE FLIGHT

Agreed. Bail out call there
Incredibly, Old Acre undersells the size of this woman.
They also just shoved Mikayla out of bounds. No foul

They are allowing contact on blocks. Certainly benefits Texas if they keep calling it that way.

I choose to believe you
Great post, but Indiana’s AVERAGE age is something like 23 years and change.

Sure, they may have started as 3-stars, but these guys have been in college forever. At some point, how good you are your senior year of high school is less important than 4-5 years of college training.
You missed my point. My point is that he’s so comfortable in his ability to identify great breakout G5 skill guys and use them effectively in his offense that it frees up funds to target the critical big guys that everyone will be fighting over.

I’m not saying he shouldn’t spend. I’m saying that his talent at finding bargain awesomeness in skill guys only helps us compete even more for the must-haves.
…and get great production. Theoretically that should allow us to go HAM on paying for big uglies. I love that he has a big war chest but still seems to be using it conservatively. We don’t seem to be just throwing big money at stars (except Leavitt, which will be a chunk I’m sure)
I’ll hit the up arrow, have a few nice thoughts about our potential offense, then move along.

My guess is that the OP is taking something for sure
I’m not sure you can base expectations here with history there.

Ole Miss (2025): targeted a lesser known QB in Chambliss who did great, but bigger fish were available.

LSU (2026): targeting #1 QB in Leavitt

Budget isn’t his MO. He was simply a great chef cooking from a pauper’s pantry. Given the option, he’d have used better ingredients to even better effect.
That’s exactly what this team is under pressure
