Honestly... I am seeing this way...

All Republicans say it was justified.

All Demorats say it wasn't justified.

It seem divided by the spectrum of political lines I guess.

I personally do not feel she was trying to run him over, but I also feel that in the circumstance it was too close for him to make any other judgement...
