Alternator going bad
I had a similar sound on my 2010. Was a squealing sound near my front passenger. Replaced my wheel bearings and serpentine belt. Sound still there.
Finally the alternator died outright after 3 more months and had to tow it back for replacement!!

Yep. I did for one transferred to me and it lasted for years. Retained the major sections intact and reassembled on site. Good luck.
