He can’t throw a good deep ball. He runs well enough that his legs are a threat but not well enough to break good teams. He breaks under adversity and isn’t a gamer. The end zone fumble threw him for an absolute loop.

I’ve always thought we should do what Bama does and any team with 1-2 losses just go ahead and claim the title. We’d be at around 15-16 titles.

Calling on firing 2 coaches in 4 years is a bad move, with the way we're currently recruiting.

Idk about that. I saw him flinch at a blitz in the A-day game…with a non contact jersey on.
Some guys have it under the bright lights and shine with contact, others shy away.

I think it was rational to think we didn’t have a lot of talent for him to throw to. The miscalculation in my opinion was not seeing enough in spring to adjust for fall. Our defense has been good enough to shut him down in practice I’d believe so if we struggled against ourselves at all why would we think others wouldn’t do the same?
Even spend one year of what it would cost to buy out Freeze on say Cam Ward this year and we're one loss or undefeated.

Ok I want to pose a question for the ones saying it's the talent and lack of qb. So next year if he brings in a better qb and more talent from the portal and still produces the same results, what will be the excuse then? Give him another year? How many years of 500 or below are you giving him?
I don't like Freeze personally, I just recognize he started with a depleted roster and could either pay big bucks for a QB or develop one. He hasn't paid for one, but he needs to this year before it costs him the job.
