Many leases has a automatic renewal. Usually 30 day but could be more. Have to give 30 day notice before lease ends to stop the lease agreement.same as they would have to give 39 day notice or then canceling lease or a change in lease such as price.

I buy 10-20 one oz silver coins a year because I like them. Not an investment for me but I figure my grand kids will split them when I and old or gone.
Is this a waste of money or a decent chunk of change for them some day?

Last time went to Urgent care to get hand stitched up it was a PA and young really that struggled with the stitches.May not have be a Doctor.

Odds are very slim I would ever need to pull my gun, but there is a chance. A insurance adjuster was killed inspecting a house in a questionable area in a robbery gone bad. I don’t want to be that guy. If I am robbed the POS life is probably worth more to me then it is to him. If my family is not involved he can have my money or truck I won’t shoot someone over money. If my life is preceded to be in danger all bets are off. You ask how will you know and I can’t answer that.

Depends on who you are traveling with. Wife and kids would cost the airline a lot of$. By myself $400 net.

Keep zipper greased and don’t leave in back of truck in hot weather seams will come apart. If going to leave in truck get hard one.

I had mine walk at that age. Took breaks, when they needed rest got on Small word to have a seat and rest
