Lived there for 4 years in my late 20s, great an area as you can find in downtown. As you get closer to the actual Lincoln Park itself, housing can get pricier but tends to be nicer, more high-rises etc. We lived in the Eugenie Terrace apt building which was awesome. Parking in a high rise building garage will cost your right testicle so most people street park. My only issue was one time my car window was smashed in when street parking by lincoln park zoo but that can happen anywhere

I think you can get it for 50 baw but you gonna have to wait for TRUCKMONTH
Had a ‘12 JK sport. Loved it, had to sell it because needed a real backseat for new kiddo. I agree with previous posts, resale is awesome. Mine was 6spd which people tend to shy away from but not in jeeps.

I think your money would be better spent on sport/Sahara and upgrading tires/winch/suspension. Rubicon comes ready out the box and w decals everywhere but I think you can make your own specific upgrades for less money. Other base items that some sports have, crank windows and shite stereo Incase that matters to you

The “thunder vest” was a huge waste of money for us. I have a 60 lb German Shepard mix, barks at thunder and fireworks, more out of protection than fear. Would be interested to hear results with the ACE.
