Sounds more like borderline personality disorder. These people are nearly impossible to deal with. Set your boundaries and stick to them. That is the only way to deal with them.

Could a citizen of the new city enjoin the JBE mayor from entering into any agreements with EBR (standing issue)? Likelihood of success on a permanent injunction until the people of St. George vote for their representatives?

I have heard the parish government is going to challenge the new city of St. George if it passes. Does anyone know under what legal theory the parish government will use to challenge the new city?
From everything I see the new city's incorporators are following the law as it is written? Looks like Sour grapes to me.

Where can you find how fast the MS river is flowing? I have heard they will open the Morganza spillway when the river reaches 1.25 million cubic feet per second.
