Hi all! I only have two classes left (MADM 701 & MADM 760) in the program. I wanted to get some insights from people who have taken MADM 701 with Kungu. Wanted to get an idea of the class structure, if there are discussion boards, papers (how long they are), exams (weekly or every other week) and your personal opinion on whether you would recommend taking the class with him or to take it with another professor. Thank you all and be safe.

Took a ProctorU test last night, test was allotted 10 minutes and the proctor shut the browser and kicked me out of the test, by the time he reconnected me, test was down to 3 minutes, so I had to rush taking the exam, answering each question quickly. From experience, I still prefer proctorio.

Hi Doug, ISDS 702 & ISDS 705 are one of the lightest loads on the program based on consensus. ISDS 702 with Koksal is pretty straight forward as well as Gibbs in ISDS 705.

Who are you taking ISDS 705 with if I may ask with the large time commitment? thanks. I plan on taking it with Gibbs as that's the forum's consensus.

Has anybody taken MKT 701 with Koskal and/or A. Darrat? Any input on workload/format. Thanks.

Thanks AlphaBravo, for some reason I can't log-in Moodle. I guess I'll give it sometime for them to give me access. Appreciate your input.
Edit: I just read in the link you provided that it usually takes 48 hrs for the access to be granted.

Howdy all, just registered for my classes and would appreciate any input on these classes & professors. Likewise if you would be so kind and can send any syllabus &/ books so that I can get an idea what to expect & start the readings would be appreciated. Please send to xdfan@live.com , thanks.
Summer 2019:
AP1- MKT 701 w/ Khan, Imran
AP2- ISDS 702 w/ Koskal, Ahmet
Fall 2019:
AP1- FIN 701 w/ Vimes, Timothy
AP2- ACCT 701 w/ Huang, Li
Likewise, when do we get access to Moodle & do we get provided a school e-mail and how to access them? Thanks everyone and may you have a peaceful week coming.

I guess that is good news as more MKT 701 profs are opening up, instead of just being limited to James which I read horror stories about.

Can someone please give me some input on ACCT 701 Fabio or Yin for summer AP1, who should I take? I heard a lot of posts that are pretty happy with Fabio but very little on Yin. Any suggestions, what's the work load like? Is it reading, math, writing, tests? I'm more fond of math than writing if that helps. If anybody has book links, syllabus or anything that can help me get ahead of the class would be appreciated. I'm also planning on taking ISDS 702 with Koskal for AP2 since some people said that 702 would be a good pre-req for FIN & ECON. xdfan@live.com Thanks.

Greetings to all on this board & this thread. I have read this thread from the start and have gleaned from an abundance of wise and very informative posts. I have since then decided to jump in and now I am somewhere in the application process for the LSUS MBA program. I have learned a lot from everyone here, past members and current posters. I am in Virginia/Tri states area of Washington DC, have a family with two kids and holding down a demanding full time job. After doing some research I have determined that this program would give me the most advantage of all without spending the ridiculous amount other institutions are charging for an MBA whilst some of those institutions does not even carry the AACSB accreditation. I am hoping to be able to start during the summer but is contingent on how fast they process my application. I haven't been to school in a while and shall we say not super tech savvy with online classes that much, never used Moodle I think it is what you guys & gals use instead of Blackboard. I hope you folks won't mind me asking some question here and there during my journey with you all through this program.
So before I start asking about the nitty gritty of the classes/courses/professors and all, I just wanted to pay my respects to all that have come before me and to all that have contributed to this thread. It's a pleasure to be here and please bear with me if I ask some redundant questions that you must have heard before. Kudos
