Kitchen knife set is the most memorable........probably the only one I remember.

Plenty of people got us plates, place settings, forks, etc but I have no idea who bought each one......but I know exactly who bought the knife set.

So that's what we always pick to buy if someone is registered for one.

I would recommend not getting food poisoning........

Actually I think it was some sort of bacteria/parasite/illness I got from eating something bad......we stayed at the Westin Reserva Conchal and I ordered room service one morning and got the Costa Rican breakfast and I bit into something that was ruined.

Starting that night I had the worst stomach cramps/bathroom issues I've ever had. Had I been in the USA I would've gone to the ER. Slowly started getting better but lasted almost a month. Probably should've seen a doctor when I got back, but I got a little better every day.

We did this trip a few years ago. We hit Old Forester and the Louisville Slugger museum one day and then the next we did Woodford, Castle and Key and Buffalo Trace.

Castle and Key was our favorite.

Yes…..a college baseball teammate of mine that was also in my wedding.

Several of my old teammates had a text group that we’d talk about mainly sports stuff. We are all conservative except for him, not that we ever talked politics except for him. After he was inflicted with TDS he got more and more unhinged to the point he couldn’t talk about anything else. One of us would text, y’all see that play so and so made last night?

He’d type out a 100 word reply about Trump and how we were complicit in ruining the country and we were such hypocrites, etc…….its like he was radicalized.

He finally left the group, defriended us all on social media, and moved to “DC to make a difference.”
