Yes and he has actually been on an absolute heater himself since Opening Day. He has like 6HRs, 7SBs, batting around .355. He has made some interesting plays in CF but he hasn't had the miscues he had that first day. He wont ever be a Gold Glover but the bat and speed have so much potential they will overlook the circus act in the field. Kinda like the Cubs did with Sosa in the late 90s-early 2000s.

I go to AA games all the time and sit right behind the dish. There is a dramatic difference between collegiate and minor league pitching. Throw the wood bat in there and it gets even harder. Lots of very good college hitters every year end up having to just get a regular job. Professional pitching is an entirely different animal.

THIS. The midterms will all depend on what happens over the summer. If Venezuelan oil output keeps increasing at the rate it currently is increasing at, and Hormuz opens up by May, oil is going to plummet and profit margins are going to skyrocket. People will forget all about late Feb-April by the time we get to Oct if that happens.

I was watching the 9th inning of their Sunday game against UF when their batter hit a deep fly to left that would have tied the game but the wind blew it foul. Camera showed DVH reaction when it left the bat. He reminded me of a travel ball mom. He was practically coming out of the dugout like it was the champ game in Omaha instead of a regular season series in March.
The dugout can feel that tense nonsense.

BBQ. I mean..I don't dislike it, but as long as the meat is cooked properly, it all tastes the same. I don't get the competitions or some guy sitting by his smoker for 8-10 hours and people making a huge deal out of it. It's BBQ. Smoke,meat, tomato or vinegar based sauce. It's all the same.

I went there several times as a teenager. Great camp and experience. I was never molested but there were some female counselors I wished would have molested me.
