Negative. You could not be more wrong if you're referring to the 4 and 1 against alabama. Nobody knew it was coming. They went fast to catch alabama off guard and it worked. Had all the leverage and better numbers to the long side of the field. Alabama was out of alignment. Most weren't even set. Safety was late coming across the field and would have never caught cash. It's been went over by every talking head out there. Go back and watch the play. Perfectly called horribly executed

2022 stetson avg. 9 y/a. 2 games into 2025 gunner is at 7.2 y/a. considering stetson was a 2 time national champion and gunner has started 3 games I'd say that's not bad. Also kinda shows that route concepts of Bobo aren't much different than monkens

Dude that same year we only put 33 on samford 5 more points than AP and gave up 22 to freaking Kent state while only scoring 39. 2 cupcakes,couldn't put 40 on either and the D played worse

And yes. Some of these people really need to go back and count the number of screens to Bowers, ladd and jacksaint. Difference in those teams and last 2 yrs isn't just OC. Athletes at receiver and ability/willingness to block down field.

That i agree with, some teachable moments there for sure. I'm just not putting as much stock in this game as most are. I believe Kirby tries to make these games harder than they actually are. Instead of boosting numbers and appeasing fans with a cup cake he plays with personnel and works on things they aren't great at. It creates adversity where there shouldn't be any and builds depth. Think that's why you never see uga putting 60 and 70 up against these teams. What I replied to was directly related to the comment of only putting up 28. Turnovers are killer when your running the ball that much and limiting possessions

Take away the 2 fumbles and it's likely 42 to 6 final. Score board doesnt tell the whole story. Kirby doesnt care about running up the score on these teams. He never has and probably never will. He treats them as glorified scrimmages.
