Imagine being so irrelevant that you have to be jealous of another team losing a playoff game because you haven't sniffed the playoffs this decade.

OKSt is going to kick the shite out of some people next year.

If the portal and NIL are killing BAMA, imagine being barn and not being able to blame the portal or NIL.
They were dead before NIL.

If you can afford it, I would call it desperate. It might seem desperate to Alabama but Texas boosters have opened up their checkbooks for the final year of Arch. Texas will probably have the most expensive roster in CFB.
They’re not done in the portal yet.
Wonder if tejas opts out of the Citrus Bowl next year?

Imagine falling BEFORE the NIL and Portal madness.
That is what happened on the plains.

I'm not. I just find it odd that a guy who can't block, takes plays off, and fumbled away the most important game of the season for his team commands such a high price?
There's a difference between wanting to win and being desperate to win. $3-4m to Coleman seems desperate.

So if Wingo, Arch, and Smothers have great years and Coleman catches 20 passed for 300 yards and 3 TDs would Coleman have been worth $4+ million for being a really good decoy??
Follow up: are tejas fans upset that the powers that be didn't spend like retarded drunk sailors last season??

Again, what kind of production by Cam will be a good ROI for that salary?

It was 4.2M. Which is utterly insane
What numbers would he have to put up to earn that kind of payday?
1500 yards
100 receptions
12-15 TDs
Would that earn him $4m??
Does anyone legitimately think Cam Coleman is going to have anything close to those numbers???

I don't understand the sentiment of praising Cignetti for what he is doing and at the same time feeling frustrated because Tejas stole a mid-receiver who can't block, takes plays off, and fumbled away the Iron Bowl. Cignetti wouldn't even look Cam Coleman's way. He wouldn't give him the time of day.
OR,
Being unhappy that a RB who showed disrespect to BAMA on signing day. What's really crazy is even with both of them Tejas is no closer to winning a natty.
The basketball game did suck, though.
Everybody is saying how nobody can compete with Texas, Aggie, or Tech and Texas didn't even make the playoffs, and neither Aggie or Tech won a playoff game.

NIL isnt the problem, the portal is.
If the portal wasn't a free agency bonanza, the playoff looks much different than it does today.
There has to be a limit to transfers. One free transfer. That's it. All subsequent transfers have to sit a year. Just changing that, would change the game back to something recognizable. Idgaf if Texas wants to spend $50m on their roster. The market will even it out when players go there, get a check and then transfer out of there to play somewhere. Players are not going to sit at Texas or OhioSt or Michigan for 3-4 years and not play even if they are making $5m/year.

Simpson declared for the draft so BAMA will have a first year starter yet again at qb.
All the "Fire Karen Debore" BAMA fans are rejoicing because now their Elite 11 winner won't transfer. He probably won't win either, but that'll be Karen Debore's fault and they'll chant endlessly to fire him all next year for doing exactly what the begged him to do- start a 19-year-old first-year starter at qb in the SEC because most of them are clueless and must want BAMA to become barn by firing coaches every 2-3 years.

Extensive burns suck for a number of reasons. One is blood loss. Most people don't realize that blood loss is a major complication with burn patients behind airway management of course.
I had a patient fall into a bonfire near New Braunfels. He was fricked. Fire had burned all of his clothes completely. His face. His hair. He was basically a corpse when he arrived but EMS intubated in the field. We could not get blood out of him even with an arterial stick.
Prayers for this man and his family.
