that "freedom"

It's more than that. The freedom is about not being locked into a single ecosystem and all the BS that comes with it.

Enjoy not having to do FaceTime, or use one of the other many apps you and your people probably already have that do video calls, social media apps, whatsapp, zoom, meet, etc.
Chances of cracking open the case on a Neo and finding out its just a traded in iPhone 16 with cracked screen??
Bambu Lab A1, and it looks like its on sale for $299 now.
The XM5s are worth downgrading to the XM4s

Dumb question prolly, but how vulnerable to gators are you in those things? Any reason to be concerned using them in the waters around Hopedale and Shell Beach?

Never had a problem with gators when inshore fishing. frickin dolphins tho, frick those guys.
I went out to the Perkins Road park a few years ago to try to catch some. The bank of that pond was absolutely packed with people not catching shite except for one guy who was pretty consistently bringing them in. He was using PowerBait for Rainbow trout on a small octopus hook on the bottom. Also, a couple weeks ago a buddy of mine around the northshore area caught some over there on an inline spinner.
You should be storing your music projects on external drives/cloud whatever. On the laptop you just need space for your OS, programs you need to run and some overhead to store some files locally.
Fiverr could be a good place to find someone for something like this.

re: Fishing Pole Advice

Do you have to bring your own or do you just want to bring your own? If the later, I'd probably recommend a "spinning setup" since baitcasters have more of a learning curve unless you make them so tight you can only throw 10ft. Shimano or Diawa on a medium fast rod for me. If you are going with a guide or a buddy with a boat I'm sure both would have a pole you can use.
If being local is important to you then you should probably specify locality. That said, I doubt anyone is going to want to meet face to face for 3 hours of work. People who do this type of work are very accustomed to meeting/collaborating virtually and/or asynchronously.

j/k I'm all about buying a tool for a project, I just wish I had more space to store them.

Good. We need less people using speaker phone.

Its certainly doable, but its not just some layup low hanging fruit unlock. You have to build and maintain the infrastructure for storing/hosting images, again not super complicated but it is something else that needs to be done/maintained. Also, now you are responsible for these dumbass images posted here...forever. Every old thread with a missing image is proof that some service thought hosting images was a good idea and later failed. So, I can see why TD doesn't want to mess with it.
Google Pixel Fold is the name of the first one, Then Fold 2. Then I think they synced it up with the Pixel, so, like Google Pixel 10 Fold.
Resin printing is messy and just all around more involved/complicated than FDM. Sure it has its place, but the people who want a resin printer aren't the people who post generic 3D printer gift advice threads without any information about what they want to do with the printer. Those people want an A1 or P1S so they/their kids can print trinkets off Maker World.

Some don't accept third party resin

I would NOT get a resin printer.

Bambu Lab is having a pretty killer sale right now. You can get the P1S for $399 or the A1 for $279.

I like the "Apple STILL doing it" here because this guy knows Apple has been caught doing shady shite in the past. Like from 2014 to December 2024 Siri spying case that very recently just settled. On top of selling their users to Google, as already mentioned, and remember when they got caught for their ongoing strategy of making old phones shitty to try to get it's users to buy new ones?

re: Damn. Nice sale on Pixels.

That may have been me, and I meant literally felt premium in the hand, but i understand that is totally subjective.
