Yeah I knew that. I wouldn't think he has some kid of "state school" loyalty since he went to Auburn initially. Maybe LSU hasn't even pushed for him to visit? It just seems crazy that he would go to OM and not even try and get involved at LSU with the current situation.

of splitting the money they would've paid Williams between Longstreet/Knight...letting them fight it out and may the best man win. Everyone is a one-yr. rental anyway so they can always leave if they aren't the winner this year. Surely both of those guys would rather compete against each other than a returning starter. I would also still try to bring in Clark as well.
On Knight...why in the crap would he go to Ole Miss vs. LSU with the obvious offensive mastery of Kiffin and co. vs. the unknown with OM? I know he's from Miss. but still, that seems like a bad plan.

I don't believe Williams signing with us would've stopped us from signing this kid, if possible. He just might get a real shot at starting they sign a younger QB like Knight/Longstreet

Is there any doubt that Berry can put up "Lacey-like" stats on all-purpose yards, if he stays healthy? I've seen enough of him and Kiffin's offenses to say I believe he can!

That used to be true. Money changes everything! I've seen the NIL make kids do seemingly stupid stuff fit-wise, just to get a few more bucks.
