Meanwhile there’s a thread here with ~50 replies about Buc-ee’s ice.
I was afraid this was the case. LEAP is hardly independent.

Not a lot of options in LA.
The Catholic church has a history of protecting some of the most immoral people in history.
Did the same thing for my mini schnauzer. I knew what I wanted and when I could carve out the time to go get him and introduce him to the household. I think it came to $2800…? Money well spent.
Anecdotal evidence is anecdotal, but I’ve seen a proliferation of not particularly smart people chasing degrees from glorified diploma mills seemingly for status (i.e. so they can tell people they’re “a doctor”) despite working standard low level career jobs or having some vague form of self employment. These are the same people who do open admissions certificate programs at prestigious universities so they can get the email address and attach it to their LinkedIn.

All this to say….the world is full of NPCs who lack any real direction other than to rack up a bunch of meaningless credentials to build their “brand”.

Friggin love my Moccamaster. Quick, simple, easy.
If he was anything remotely left of center why would his hit list be filled with Democrats and figures tied to abortion rights?
Already had a scout from Southern Miss say he's "one to watch."

Full time, in-state tuition at USM is $5k/semester.
The Minnesota's Governor's Workforce Development Board....allll the political backroom deals happening there.

Definitely moving up in the Democratic machine.

That didn't matter in Minnesota did it? Vote the wrong way and the leftists will threaten or even kill the ones in their own party.

Ah yes those registered Republican "leftists"...
Your link is a different sofa. Mine is the exact match.

That’s the interesting part - 29k isn’t a lot of money - so what was his end goal here if he actually did commit the crime. Was his plan to do this every year?

He likely has been doing this every year—his LinkedIn shows him coaching for a series of private/religious schools over the past ten years. Private schools have a vested interest in not having this come to light, so when he was discovered they likely didn’t press charges.

With public schools, however, it’s truly a public record and when you’re caught it becomes known.
That very well may be true, but the most expensive listing in Gert Town is this brand new home for $439k. A far cry from the teardown in West Oakland.
When you set those parameters in Zillow (SFH, $500k asking price or less; 1,750sf or more; any number of beds or baths), only one listing pops up for the entire city of Oakland, and it’s clearly a decrepit teardown.

Now let’s see your house in the hood.
A bungalow in a rough part of Oakland is significantly more expensive than an equivalent-sized home Uptown.

The build and toll strategy has been pervasive in DFW for at least 15 years but by all means just blame California….

Is it possible that people that wanted EVs already have them and they overestimated the demand? Or they are just too expensive? There is a reason.

People that want EVs don’t want Fords. Or full-sized trucks.

Toyota has taken a more measured approach, and folks are paying insane prices and waiting for months for the RAV4 Prime PHEV.

I used to use a wine bucket to keep Budweiser chilled and nearby for Kip Holden when I worked at Juban’s, but that was more of a gag (which he enjoyed). He was always friendly and engaging to servers, and I always enjoyed having him in my section.

That’s one way to say you’re 25+ years old and still wear your high school letter jacket.
In case you weren’t aware, it isn’t “canceling” when the right does it….apparently.

If you buy a backpack for that cost, you are incredibly stupid.

If I wasn’t mostly remote, a durable, professional backpack for my commute would be well worth $230. This Yeti is likely neither of those.
I’ll buy an insulated cup or two from Yeti, but I’ll buy a backpack from a backpack company.

Was with you until this sentence. Why on earth should baseball be for “cooler” kids and not just whoever wants to play? Why are you—an adult—assessing the “coolness” of ten year olds?
