this will be a good case study not for the actual merits of the case, but if you can just get a homecooked judge to rule for your team and draw it out over a year with no consequences.
If there is no threat of losing anything and they get a free year out of him, this could easily become more widespread.

Is shooting someone fleeing now considering defending himself? He shot her after she passed him and was fleeing. The lust for blood here is ridiculous. You are good with any police just opening fire and shooting someone who starts fleeing? Or just because it was someone who was anti ICE.

lol, yeah, the guy has no control over his emotional state that something that happened 6 months ago caused him to be trigger happy.
I'd much rather our officers at all levels be able to control their emotions and be level headed. But keep making excuses.

sorry, but if something happened to him that would cause him to shoot people faster due to trauma, maybe he shouldn't be an officer anymore.
If anything, this is the worst excuse I've seen. You can't excuse killing someone just because they were hurt earlier in life in a completely different situation and person.

Except he didn't shoot when he was about to be hit. He murdered her after the car may have grazed him. There is still nothing showing he was hit. Even this video, he makes no sounds like he was actually hit or in danger. He is just some stupid trigger happy agent who wanted to kill someone and did so.
