Especially if he can develop the brains to match the arm talent ...
To Nuke (and others point), Simmons has a goofy loop in his trigger that is going to result in more INTs than TDs (ball placement/late).
Zollers just needs more reps reading and adding touch vs his 100 mph cannon throws to every route

So watched most of the Ole Miss game ...
Gates rotations make zero sense. There were times where my son and I were like ... who is the scorer on the court cause we had rotations with Goblin running point, Randall, Phillips, Boatang and Pierce/Mitchell/ Robinson/Stone/Crews (who are all drawing doubles ...)
Again, Gates has to shorten his bench and 2 or 3 of the 5 listed last have to be in at all times or there are going to be scoring droughts and turnovers.
Evidently Mack and Northweather are in Gates dog house (deservedly) but these rotations and FT shooting are what is killing the team ...

There is somebody on staff that is a defense whisperer ... went from Odom to Baker to Batoon and defense has been solid.
Also Batoon runs too much soft zone and isn't very creative in disguise/blitz/man techniques.
Find the whisperer and promote him.
