I don’t think Bernies promised me anything truly “free”. I’m voting for him because a nationalized system that’s is funded by tax payers is way more efficient and humane than what we have now. It’s also what every other decent country has, you go anywhere in Europe and tell them how much a surgery cost and they’d faint.
