If you can tolerate daily injections that's the most optimal. Basically, the more frequently you can inject the less peaks and valleys you'll experience.
I just ripped out the exact same set up, i went with a soaker tub and tiled the walls. Changed the shower trim as I had put a new delta valve in less than a year ago. I demo'd everything. Cost me about $4K for labor to install new tub, prep walls and tile.

It's about optimizing your health and physical condition. Maybe these advances in biotech can help us fend off the negative effects of aging for another decade or so. I'd bet more than 50% of the people using these already watch what they eat, exercise, limit alcohol and don't smoke. Best physical/mental shape of my life at 44 yrs old using peptides and testosterone. Blood work is by FAR the best it's ever been

Just had this exact issue with my Kenmore. Cleaned the coils, defrosted, changed the thermistor in freezer. Nothing worked, freezer won't get below 32 degrees. Figured its something in the sealed system so I just bought a new one and moved the old one into garage as a third refrigerator.

Supply houses and big box rarely sell the same model #'s. Very similar but you're going to get more plastic with the big box. But do as you see fit....from a family of plumbers I've put both in. For my own home I will not install a faucet from home depot/lowes.
Cheaper components in the faucets from big box. More plastic vs brass.
You better make sure that delta handle fits that Glacier Bay mixing valve first. I'm not sure trim kits fit across multiple brands.

Are you changing out everything or just the trim kit (IE tubspout, handles, etc). If your just changing the trim kit it needs to be same brand. If your changing out everything it doesn't matter because your changing out everything and it comes with trim, valve body, valve etc.
