Is this place still around? I used to go there when I was at LSU 15 years ago. It was a complete dump. There was a halfway house around the corner and there were always sketchy people in the parking lot. It was totally filthy inside nobody cleaned it ever. Flies the size of nickels in there. Best root beer float that there has ever been and ever will be.

100% true. The amount of sleep you get is important but the really critical thing is sleep QUALITY. Not just being in bed, but being in a deep, restorative sleep.
Best thing I did personally is cut back on caffeine. I used to run on it. Drank coffee and energy drinks all day and - of course - it negatively affected my sleep. Cut down to one cup of coffee in the morning and it has made a HUGE difference in my sleep QUALITY.
The “I’ll sleep when I’m dead” mentality that many Americans including me have had needs to go into the trash can. That saying is way more true than anyone would like to admit - you’ll sleep when you’re dead all right because by not prioritizing high quality sleep will kill you and destroy you and your family’s quality of life with dementia in your last years of life. Sleep deprivation IS A KILLER!

You just have to find what you’re good at. I’ve never been diagnosed but I’m pretty sure I have it. I am fairly retarded and can’t really focus in most aspects of my life but I am laser focused and REALLY REALLY frickIN GOOD at what I do for a living. You wanna call that ADHD go ahead but it’s good for getting money and my wife and kids like money.
Catastrophe syndrome. Brook trout look. It sucks but it’s what makes the good times so euphoric too. We’re LSU fans baw. We’re emotional people. It’s just who we are.
I’m no Texas fan don’t misunderstand me but I gained a lot of respect for the UT program in dealing with Aggie’s psychotic flights of fancy over the years that LSU had to fill in the big brother role after Aggie cowardly left the Big 12 for the SEC. I can’t believe UT fans have been putting up with this shite for a century or more. The Aggies truly have a collective childhood trauma that gets played out continually on message boards and on the football field ad infinitum. Truly a pitiable and contemptible group of people.
Elmo has Aggie operating at close to its ceiling as a program in year 2. Almost beat Texas and almost won a playoff game. Very impressive.
