Why do people think the manufacturers what to deal with customers? They dont. They get their money from the dealer once the product is on the lot. Why on earth would they change that? On top of that the dealership takes on customer complaints and customer bs. Had a G70. Fine car. But it’s still a Hyundai and you will lose your arse on it. Depreciation is horrid, even on the SUVs. I will not buy another Genesis.
