First thing is do you have the skills to build it. I built a big shed years ago, but I could not do it now due to my age. I would work up an estimate to compare it to a pre-built one. Factor in your time to build it. Don't forget your roof trusses.
I have a very good friend who is a carpenter and offered me his help if we build it ourselves. The frame and walls would be done in a weekend, according to him. I'd take care of everything interior
All of this talk and I am thinking of building a small 8'x8' shed to put some of my outdoor stuff in. I am a retired carpenter, so I have the skills. The question is how much can my body handle with bad shoulders and back. The roof would be the hardest part. I am thinking a lean to type of roof would be easiest.

It is time to put one of my rifles in my truck in case more of the Iran nutjobs come out.

I was going to take a walk today with a CC under my sweatshirt, but the profile of my handgun was showing. I am now looking into a pocket holster.

I think I posted in here that I have a couple of Desantis leather OWB holsters that I like a lot. They sit high and and have very good retention.

If you haven’t been noticeably shocked by the pull of you S&W, your Shield must be 100x’s better.
Beretta APX-A1 Carry Is nothing like I have ever experienced before and I have owned and shot 100’s of different types of guns.
Thanks for the info. I will not get the Beretta.

My fingerprints went through and I got my CC license yesterday. Now I need to find an OWB holster.

Beretta APX-A1 Carry 9mm 3" 8rd,
I’m a Beretta guy, but this pistol has the worst trigger I have ever experienced. It is looooooooooooong. So long that finger placement can determine if it fires or not. I’ve put 500 rounds through mine and it is still awkward.
How does this compare to a S&W M&P 9mm Shield which I have already?

I don’t have any clover, but I saw my first bee today at my bird bath drinking water. I have honeysuckle for the bees and hummingbirds.

One of he the popup's is the search feature of "F9 ". The keyboard backlight turns on then the search screen pops up. The calendar popped up while I was typing this. I had four popup's while I was typing this. It is not malware. I use DuckDuckGo and Brave only.
Transferring Everything from Laptop to Laptop?

My 6+ year old laptop is getting weirder everyday, so I am researching a new laptop. What is the best way to transfer everything over? I keep getting screens popping up while I am not touching anything. I think it is the keyboard causing this.

Raised beds are my only option in rocky NW Arkansas.
My wife planted onion bunches in bags a few days ago. Being it is still cold up here I have the bags on a wagon. I take the wagon out into the sun when it gets warm enough. They are under a plant light on cold cloudy days.
She will be planting her pepper and tomato seeds this week and they will be under a plant light.

I loaded and unloaded 60 1cf bags of garden soil today. As I was finishing up someone from Lowes walked up to see if I needed any help. He made a comment that he hopes he could do this when he is 74 years old.
