I know we all love to sh*t on Baton Rouge here but the activity last night was in response to a bad car accident. Nothing more. I witnessed it.
Nothing to do with drugs, homeless, or hipsters though I can see why we’d automatically think that.

Pittsburgh is a beautiful part of the country but I second what you said. As a Louisianan even I was appalled by the size of chunks missing from the interstate surface.

For the same reason that it’s hotter at 4 pm while the sun is directly overhead at noon.
Maybe… but they do have a low vaccination rate. Not a surprise that more folks are getting it there.

I haven’t heard of any trash pickup problems in any other city. Hell I live in DEM-run Baton Rouge and my trash has been picked up… even on the Monday holiday.

We’ve got to be the highest rate in the country, right? By comparison, the TD-reviled City of Atlanta which has roughly the same population as EBR has had 54 murders.

I see a few downvotes to OP. Nobody is saying your car has to have Bluetooth connections. They’re just saying you can’t hold your phone and talk while driving. This has been the law in Georgia for five years. Good law.
Yes, 20 years ago. No BS which was very rare with car dealers back then.
