You didn't mention the color of the swollen area in OP but infection is far and away the most likely culprit of a swollen finger tip with no hair tourniquet in a young child.... the lack of tenderness is inconsistent but doesn't decrease the likelihood of infection enough to not try antibiotics.
frick "BabyTac"....Your doc sounds like they were honest.... chose the most urgent AND easiest to treat cause, and optioned for deductive reasoning.

Won't this just shorten the length to merge once coming off the bridge? I never see anyone merging right from I-110 to get off at this exit, but I use this exit lane to pass all the 18 wheelers in the left lane coming off the bridge.

He has the right, as does anyone, to earn money for his name, image, and likeness. NIL is protection of those rights for athletes competing within the structure of a specific athletic association, which has the right to determine the eligibility requirements for competing within their association.
He should also sue the American Medical Association for limiting his income potential if they don't let him join.

It's crazy to say, but with NIL, next year truly is national title or bust.
