This is what I don’t get. I thought any entity expending $750,000 is subject to audit under OMB A-133. How did all this fraud go undetected?

I know he carries a lot of resentment for these people who have hated him so much but why couldn’t he just kept quiet. The old saying our Moms instilled in us “if you can’t say something good don’t say anything” applies here.
