I guarantee you they are just going to ride around and shovel cold mix into the holes and call them fixed. They'll let traffic hit the mix to "compact" it and move on to the next one. After the first rain and a little traffic, the mix will be washed out. I understand something needs to be done, but this is a waste of resources.
