I see these photos and it reminded me of a video I saw. It wasfrom an old woman dropping wisdom.
She talked about how in the 70s how most people were slim without trying. People didn't snack and hardly went out.
I know for sure food has been severly messed with these days, bread is pretty much cake and most animals are corn-fed.

I think long commutes and hectic home life is what is keeping people from exercise. Both also make it difficult to cook at home, so people will go for Sysco seed oil slop at whatever restaurant they go to.
If cities were run by competently, people wouldn't be afraid to live closer to where they work.
As someone who's lost a ton of weight, intermittent fasting and home body exercises or kettlebells work very well
