There are quite a few highly respected NFL media members/voices who believe Arch would still be the 1OP if he declared. So I would not call his season a fall off.

The NFL is the driving revenue force for every major network in this country. All major networks have deep political pockets and ties. Do not underestimate the NFL’s ability to play politics in DC. They would never allow this to happen. The second the NFL gets burned by something like this, I can guarantee you they will be on the phone with legislators to correct CFB loopholes.

It won’t. CFB playoff game ratings are basically doubling the NBA finals. If NFL is king in this country, CFB is the queen.

Saw a stat that only 4% of Caleb’s throws Saturday were at or behind the LOS. That’s the lowest in the NFL in 5 years when a QB throws 40+ times/game. Caleb and this offensive design are big play hunters and it shows in how they lead the NFL in explosive plays.
Think baseball with analytics and then Home Run vs base runner concept. That’s Ben Johnson’s philosophy. The low comp % is almost by design (Caleb has a tendency to miss some gimmes) but still.

Meh I don’t mind it. Worst case scenario you pin them at their own 2. Defense immediately bitched out though giving up that big run.
The college game is a broken mess. What coach wants to deal with that shite if the money is equal.

New likely LSU transfer QB informed his Washington teammates of his departure today during the celebration of life for Mia Hamant. Mia was a solid goalkeeper for the UW women’s soccer team who recently passed away from cancer. Her celebration of life was tonight and a good portion of the Washington football team was there to honor her.
Good to know this is what college football has come too. And figures it’s dirty LSU all over it.

Ole Miss has such an advantage at QB. Georgia would be better off just running 13 personal every play.
