GOP pulls even with Dems in mid-term poll
Posted by Padme on 3/2/26 at 2:35 pm
A stunning new survey conducted by the Center for American Political Studies at Harvard (CAPS), the Harris Poll, and HarrisX suggests that the GOP has drawn even with the Democrats with eight months to go until the midterm elections.
The poll of 1,999 registered voters, which was conducted online between February 25 and 26, found that 50% of Americans would vote for the Republican candidate in their congressional district and 50% would vote for the Democratic one if the midterms were held today. That marked an enormous improvement for the GOP, which trailed the Democrats 54%-46% on the same question last month.

Idk, it just doesn’t seem the Russians have been trying to kill innocents the same way the radical Muzzies have
Thankfully Hegseth got confirmed, anybody else would have been stalling Trumps agenda like the RINO cucks at every turn

And yet the RINO F’ers will run ads as if they are best buds with OMB
He’s def aiming to brand them
No one is asking to ‘break muh rules’
This dipshit: John Curtis (R-UT, co-sponsor): Opposes any move seen as breaking filibuster rules.
What’s being asked is a standing filibuster, so really, going back to the rules as intended. But of course these figs know that

Well he’s right, there is an education there.
Just because something is ‘muh education’, it’s not necessarily good. Just ask Eve.

Don’t know, don’t care. They should be forced to carry their old corrupt asses to the podium and put in the work. Also, there is nothing that says if they talk for a certain amount of time that it magically kills the bill. The opposition simply has to stay engaged until the speaker steps down, then business can resume. You think these old fuks don’t need to go to the bathroom? Thune is simply giving them what they want without requiring them to put in work. It’s the deep state way.

They weren’t going the ‘cloture’ route this time, supposedly. They touted the idea of forcing the traditional filibuster. The house that holds tradition sacred, apparently don’t really give a shite about tradition

Trump has made the decision to not offend Thune and put him on the spot so he can get what he can out of him. If he severes the relationship it cost him more. Politics aren’t for the purist, it’s about building coalitions. That’s something people don’t want to hear, but it’s true. See how effective someone who can’t build coalitions are.
Massie and MTG come to mind.
