re: Anybody on here into falconry?

Posted by NorthstarinLA on 2/25/26 at 6:19 pm to
Haven’t been in a while but the Equinox Resort in Vermont had Falconry prior to Covid, a really cool Range Rover Driving Course and a Stag Leap Winery connection.
They played the US Open Golf Championship there in the 20s. Great place to stay and visit Manchester Center.
Hartford to Boston next was Flagstaff to Scottsdale
If that is true that they are taking American hostages, that won’t end well!
Look at How many NGOs and BS hand out programs NYC has vs Tokyo. Thats part of the problem
Play dumb games get shitty prizes…. He got the uppercut special! Hell of a one punch KO!!!
USCe and Staley have the Saban effect on LSU WBB. Even when LSU should win they choke or give it away. That’s a mental thing(confidence) comes down to attention to detail & trust your training. This game FRee Throws and 3 Point shooting cost them the game. Basically same as 2 years ago have a chance late in 4th quarter to win and can’t execute basics. Plus the USCe Bigs are better the LSUs. Even when Reese was here they get bigger and stronger Centers/PF.
Sankey bent over backwards for both FB and Baseball. He is trying to make them the new Alabama now that Saban has moved on.

re: LSU needs an inside game

LSU shared the ball, the problem was it was usually with a Texas player. The TX guard had 5-6 steals and LSU had way too many turnovers due to bad passes and poor execution of plays.
Williams disappeared in the 4th, Flujuan struggled all game, Fluwiley wouldn’t guard anybody and in the paint LSU has no strength. The 2 TX bigs were slow/unathletic but still got points when needed and nobody guarded Crump.
Was a bad game for pretty much the whole team.

Flujaue is struggling

Williams has gone silent in and they are not protecting the ball or shooting well.
Sets up for a bad ending
The UT Guard is killing them on steals and points in transition. Clean that up and it’s an even game.
The French when I worked on launch teams did like Suppositories meds versus Pills & shots. Maybe he got his meds and WW1Shells confused? What an idiot!
This is the year Mulkey has the depth to stay in the game. Also more athletic team then past 2 years along with a PG. it’s now or never!
What you list tickets for and what you sell them at isn’t always the same. We went 2 years ago guy wanted $350@ piece got both for $300 now we did sit right behind the USCe parents section. Was a good game til mid 4th quarter and LSU ran out of steam due to no depth and no true inside post players.

re: So Jordy Culotta is back?

Jordy must of not been at many of the LsU FB games this past year! It was just as bad as the MBB… obviously more people but the same amount of lackluster effort, crappy coaching and no Mojo in the building!
The tickets are by group and no seat number which is ridiculous especially when nosebleeds start at $1700 a seat
Wasn’t his FIL Mark Emmert the x President of NCAA? So he had some cover, FIL opened the doors for him and name connections.
He loved finger foods, the donor dinner circuit, glad handing, over paying for below average coaches and under performing! Jay was hired while he was here but wasn’t his “hire”….so who did he really bring over as a good coach?

Forgot actually having a ST Coach so we can flip the field punting, kick actual FGs beyond 40yards and Kickoff/punt coverage. Along with a Top 5 Offense and top 10 D and Top 5 ST do that and your in the playoffs!
According to the local people in Bangor last night, there were no survivors. 3 crew 5 passengers.
Got a text right when it happened, lived there and flew in and out of BGR hundreds of times. Longest runways on the East Coast.
Drove through Death Valley Ca in a convertible with No Ac in August 120s and many Days in Northern Me(FT Kent -50), St Lawrence Seaway (-50), Anchorage/Fairbanks AK (-30-50) have had days leaving South TX in low 90s landing in Chicago with windchills in -20s….none of it’s as bad as you think hot or cold you get used to it and do your daily routines
The LB has good potential but alot of questions; Weeks Ankle/Health, Keys can he learn to cover and read the Offense? would love to see Ross really step up in 26
TE room Green is a Wr so can the New guys and Lafleur Block and get those underneath/soft parts of the zone catches be the security blanket on 3rd down or dump offs?
QB ton of talent need The Lisfranc injury to heal quickly to get the OL/WR to gel with a new QB/System etc
Ton of potential just have to get it to gel, be healthy and work as a well oiled unit
