Hunter green and burgundy were also really popular in the 90s. Also peach and slate blue in the 80s. I guess they were incorporated more in furniture and accessories.

I don’t mind neutral walls if there’s color elsewhere. We did go through a very short neutral phase and it didn’t take long to crave color again. I’m also glad to see stained wood making a comeback over the sterile all white/light kitchens.
