How is this the sort of thing that goes thru your mind when people die? Would it make you feel worse to know that tons of people who go to Buford are conservative? Just truly an insane way to go about things.
If it’s wrong to hope that IF something like this happens, it happens to the people who brought this shite to our shores then I don’t want to be right. It’s time the left starts learning what consequences are. Sadly it’s usually innocents, though.

True, but LSU needs to improve standards first. Sending one good student into a sea of mediocrity is more likely to negatively impact the good student than it is to lessen the mediocrity.
In the last years a lot of die hard LSU fans, including us, sent our kids away and often to rival schools. They are throwing money at kids who would normally be a lock for LSU. We weren’t sacrificing her education when LSU seemed very committed to the path they’d chosen going back to at least 2018. I am so happy to see that they may be changing course. I just wish it had happened sooner.

So they don't love brown people?
No. They just use them for their own gain.

What was the finger clapping thing?
It’s a gesture of silent approval or agreement, often accompanied by duck lips and a head tilt. It’s often used by young girls and gays on social media when they’re happy or “absolutely obsessed” with something.

She still has to skate her boring long program so you have another opportunity to watch her frick it up. She’s one of the most unlikable ladies figure skater I can remember in a long time and I felt that way even before her recent comments.

Except when your daughter is a track star and you’re the shittiest director in the history of the school. Apparently it only happened once in a “trial run” (wink wink), from what I’ve been told.

Oh hell no. I don’t really follow basketball and even I know what a bad idea this is. I’m sure his dad would figure out some way to mess up the program even further.

Calling the police to congratulate them for finding the guy you were in deep with to take them off your scent is a pretty common bad crime procedural drama trope though.
We need to MK Ultra some common sense and critical thinking skills into a lot of people.
I still get sentimental about where they used to cut to Les singing the calling Baton Rouge part in the video.

. Protestant, more country cooking like you'd find at Cracker Barrel. Lots of butter, starches, baked/fried meats, veggies. South Louisiana is in a category of its own. More seasoning, more spice, more gulf seafood.
The sweet spot is a combination of the two. My mom was a pro at both and I really miss her cooking.

This reminds me of that dumbass liberal woman who, when she heard about coyotes and illegals/trafficking, asked if we were really supposed to believe that coyotes are just dragging humans across the border lol. It’s one of the most unintentionally funny videos I’ve ever seen.

okay Being different than other SEC schools has always been par. Isn’t that the reason kids do visits to different campuses?
I was responding to you saying students have just changed. If that were the only reason, the student body at those schools would look like LSU. Comparable SEC schools (similar size, urban areas, etc) did not. My two older kids graduated from LSU and it has changed drastically thanks to F King and his push for holistic admissions.

My youngest went to another SEC school and it’s nothing like LSU, even with a large population of northern kids.

Crowds at the usual campus spots were rowdier, campus felt less polished, and the energy that used to define LSU just wasn’t there. I would think with all the money pumped into the school with recent athletic championships, it would be the opposite.
Yes, it’s getting very trashy and has been trending that way for at least 5 years. I would think you’d feel right at home with the culture, green hair, septum rings and intermingling smells of weed, BO and patchouli. Aren’t these your people?

Is this a case of crazy flaring up, people being peer pressured into virtue signaling, or just getting paid to promote content?
All of the above.
I followed her for years before the BLM movement. She’s very talented at home renovation and decorating and used to be pretty funny. When all of the BLM stuff happened, she and many other white women influencers put black in their profile pics and spoke out about BLM. Later one of those women said they were required to do it by their management or risk getting dropped. There are plenty of actual lunatic influencers (Kismet is one) but their livelihoods were threatened if they didn’t go along and these larger influencers make a shite ton of money.
This bitch with a phone in her hand, “somebody call 911!”

I started following him on TikTok a while back and watched the video you’re referencing last night. It made me feel a bit sad for the players. You can tell he’s very grounded and has a positive outlook, though. Seems like a great guy.
